1.Error message: No usable video/audio stream... or Error message: Could not render the graph.

1. Error message:"No usable video/audio stream..."or error message:"Could not render the graph...."

1): Please make sure that Windows Media Player can play the source file. If it can not, you should refer to http://www.videohelp.com to find more details on how to correct the problem. As long as the file can be played by the WMP, WinAVI can convert it.
2): Please install a k-lite codec package from
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm (or Klcodec 227f pack or something similar) to your system.
3): Also, the application cannot load any file named with or path that includes any unusual characters. Please check if your file includes some non-english characters and simply rename the file or path. Then it should work.

2. Error message about "active movie":

There may be hardware DVD/video decoder on your computer. Please just shut it down (right-click the mouse on the desktop > Attribute > setting > Advanced and then you will enter into another control panel. Please find the hardware DVD/video decoder and close it).
In addition, you should download the PowerDVD_Codec.zip from
http://www.winavi.com/download/PowerDVD_Codec.zip, and then unzip these two codecs to the WinAVI VideoConverter Filter folder.

3. Error message similar to "access violation 1c40833c in neaudio.ax...."

Please just find the file (neaudio.ax) and delete it. Also, install a k-lite codec package from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm to your system

4. Error message "Access violation at address Bff7 in module kernel32 dll/nt.dll..." or something similar:

1): Please make sure that Windows Media Player can play the source file
2): Please check if your computer has been infected a by virus.
3): Please make sure that there is enough disk space for the conversion.
4): Please make sure you are using the latest version of the program.
In addition, you should download a k-lite codec package from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm.

5. Get a message before converting (such as "Video pin cannot connect") and get a file named "graph.txt".

Please download the PowerDVD_Codec.zip from
http://www.winavi.com/download/PowerDVD_Codec.zip and then unzip and save these two codecs to the WinAVI Video Converter Filter.

6. Error message: "OutDir Can Not Include"_"

Please just reselect the output directory. Be sure there is no "_" included in the directory.

7. Error message: "Microsoft visual C++ runtime library..."

Please download a new msvcrt.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcrt and then save it to the system32 to replace the old one.

8. Error message "unable to load skin" and then "Access violation at address... in module major.dll. Read of address..." or something similar:

First, try to uninstall and then reinstall the program to solve the problem. If this does not fix the problem, maybe your PC works as a user not as an administrator. If so, please download a new patch named "Major.DLL" from http://www.winavi.com/download/Major.zip, and then unzip and save it to the winavi folder to replace the original one.

1.Please make sure that your source file can be perfectly played in WMP.
